What does unstitched mean?
An unstitched suit is supplied as fabric rather than a finished garment or fixed size. You take the fabric to your tailor and choose the cut and measurements. Check the Product details and What's Included sections before ordering because fabrics and components vary by design.
How do the suit categories differ?
Printed Lawn focuses on designs whose main decorative treatment is print.Embroidered Suits have confirmed embroidery on a neckline, shirt front, sleeves, borders or another listed component. An embroidered suit may still use lawn or another fabric as its base, so the product page remains the source for its exact material. Seasonal Winter designs bring together fabrics selected for cooler days. Check each product page for the exact fabric and included components.
What do 2-piece and 3-piece mean?
The piece count describes the main coordinated parts of the set. A 2-piece product contains two main components. A 3-piece product typically contains shirt, trouser and dupatta fabric. Decorative embroidery pieces or borders can appear as additional rows under What's Included, so always use that product-specific list rather than assuming every set has identical contents.
How do I place an order?
Open the product page, review the details and add an available piece to your bag. At checkout, enter your contact and delivery information then choose the available delivery option. Follow the JazzCash instructions and send the receipt on WhatsApp to confirm your order. An order confirmation is also sent by email.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. The shipping cost is shown at checkout based on the delivery region. Read the complete Shipping Policy before ordering.
Can I return or exchange a suit?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and a clear photo. The complete process is set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
