When you place an order, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. That is all we need to confirm the order, arrange delivery, and keep you updated.
If you message us on WhatsApp, by email, or through social media, we keep that conversation so we can help you and follow up on your order.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- Process and confirm your order
- Deliver your order to the address you gave us
- Contact you about your order, including delivery updates and your order confirmation email
- Answer your questions
We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the people who need it to complete your order:
- The courier that delivers your parcel, so they can reach you and bring it to the right address
- Our payment options. For cash on delivery, no payment details leave your hands until the courier arrives. For JazzCash, you send payment through your own account and share the confirmation with us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details for as long as we need them for our records and to handle any questions about past orders. If you want us to remove your information, email us and we will do it where we are able.
When you order, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave us. This is part of completing your order.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email contact@weavoncollection.com and we will help.
