Returns and Refunds Policy

We want to be straight with you about this, up front and not in fine print.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every Weavon piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind unstitched fabric. There is only one of each design. Once it is sold, it is gone and we cannot make another. Because of this, we are not able to take items back or swap them.

Please choose carefully before you order. We are glad to help you decide.

  • Look closely at the photos and the fabric details on the product page.
  • Remember that colours can look a little different on screen than in person.
  • If you have any question about a fabric, the feel of it, or anything else, message us on WhatsApp before you buy. We would rather answer your questions than have you order something you are unsure about.

If something is wrong with your order

We check each piece before it ships. Still, if your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@weavoncollection.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will look into it and make it right. This applies only to genuine errors or damage on our side, not to a change of mind.

Refunds

Where a refund is owed, for example if a piece sold out after you paid through JazzCash, or for a confirmed damage or wrong-item case, we will arrange it to the same account or method you used. For cash on delivery orders, no payment is taken until the parcel reaches you, so there is usually nothing to refund.
